Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or business improvement projects preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to execute organizational priorities and improve business performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving production, supply chain, engineering, sales, and customer service.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects that increase productivity, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar practices to improve and standardize business processes.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables while keeping teams aligned and accountable.

Oakland County, MI | $110,000–$130,000 + Bonus | Direct Hire

Looking for an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and make a meaningful impact across an organization? We are conducting a confidential search for a global leader in factory automation seeking a motivated Project Manager, serving as the right hand for the VP of Operations supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, you'll help execute strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, strengthen internal processes, and drive continuous improvement across the U.S. organization.

This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of a global business while taking ownership of projects that make a measurable difference.

What You'll Do
