Mission Technologies—a division of HII—currently has an opportunity for an Operations Conductor for the Southern California Tactical Training Range (SCTTR) in support of Fleet Operations.
The individual in this position should have expertise in Integrated and Sustainment Phase Training requirements for Naval forces assigned to the Commander U.S. THIRD Fleet and have extensive knowledge and understanding of Undersea Warfare exercise requirements. Prospective candidates should have excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Position requires flexibility to work occasional non-standard work hours and work weeks of more than 40 hours to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements. Additionally, position requires flexibility as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
