Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional in Denton, TX to oversee community outreach, associate development, and store performance. You will supervise hourly associates, drive sales, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates in daily store operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve safety, asset protection and compliance with policies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, communicate goals, and promote a culture of belonging.
