Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

The Night Warehouse Clerk supports nightly distribution and logistics functions through general clerical duties, documentation management, and communication with internal teams. This role ensures smooth operations in both warehouse and transportation areas, primarily through administrative tasks and data entry.
Prepare and process standard warehouse and transportation documents (e.g., inbound documents, discrepancy reports, DVIRs, delivery windows, driver logs).
Support operations managers with clerical tasks and performance tracking.
Respond to internal inquiries and calls; assist with customer service as needed.
Verify data for compliance with operational procedures and standards.
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational databases for leadership review.
Track key operational metrics (e.g., service levels, mispicks, damages, overtime).
Monitor office supply levels and initiate purchase orders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of clerical/administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong math and organizational skills.
Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work in a team setting.
Willingness to occasionally work in cooler/freezer warehouse environments.
Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics setting.
Familiarity with DOT Hours of Service Regulations.
Knowledge of local delivery routes/geographic area.
Experience with systems such as Red Prairie, Kronos, Road Net, Omnitracs, or similar.
