Job summary

Shinesty is seeking an Operations Clerk in Denver, CO to support order fulfillment, inventory control, and inbound/wholesale logistics. You will keep product moving accurately and help run the floor smoothly in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data entry, and linkage with NetSuite as you take on growing responsibilities while maintaining high accuracy. Join a team that values hustle and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse or production experience.
• 6+ months of experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) and handheld scanning technology.
• Forklift certification a plus, but not required — we'll train and certify you in-house

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate stock locations
• Frequently count and verify product accuracy
• Move product physically and electronically between locations with precision
• Accurately identify and receive incoming shipments; assist receiving with inbound logistics as needed
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for receiving, wholesale, and inventory transactions in NetSuite (e.g. purchase orders, transfer orders, sales orders, adjustments)
• Track and log incoming and outgoing supplies and materials
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Guide and coach fellow team members as needed
• Communicate proactively and clearly across shifts and departments
• Build growing proficiency in NetSuite as you take on more responsibility
• Support other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
