Job summary

RRD is hiring for an entry-level clerical role on the manufacturing floor focused on routine, yet varied tasks. You will record, enter, verify data, and maintain records while learning department policies and collaborating with multiple teams.

You will support production through data entry, reporting, and preparation of standard reports, contributing to timely information flow and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Basic knowledge of Google Applications
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills must be excellent

Responsibilities

• Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
• Provide clerical support byrecording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• May assist with production planning and special projects
