Executive Summary

We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Operations Clerk III to provide administrative and operational support our client's LCSP (Local Commerce Service Partner) team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the partner fleet operations by managing schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication and high service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, works independently, and contributes to both daily operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Upload fleet schedules to our client's platform and maintain accurate records
  • Review and investigate delivery issues to identify root causes and recommend improvements
  • Make decisions on quality infraction appeals and deactivate poor performers as needed
  • Provide live support and troubleshoot technical issues / app glitches for LCSP partners
  • Communicate updates and progress regularly via Slack, Zoom, and email to both partners and management
  • Conduct other analyses and administrative tasks as assigned by management
  • Adhere to detailed instructions and protocols to ensure high-quality execution
Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative support
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and / or Excel for record-keeping and analysis
  • Ability to work nights and weekends (Thursday / Friday : 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM; Saturday / Sunday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM)
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Capacity to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems in a remote / WFH setting
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting logistics or fleet operations
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting apps and tech support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
