Job summary

Tube Supply in Odessa, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help move material, process inventory, and support daily shipping and receiving activities in a busy oilfield supply environment.

You will work under the Operations Manager to track orders, ensure accurate paperwork, and uphold our values of excellence, loyalty, and fun while maintaining safety and quality in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in moving material in and out of the warehouse.
• Allocate and deduct inventory and inspect shop tickets.
• Update and maintain the daily workload schedule.
• Distribute sales orders to shop floor and maintain paperwork traceability.
• Coordinate with operations to track orders and maintain on-time delivery.
• Receive and progress outside processing orders.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist your manager with any other projects they may assign to you.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in moving material in and out of the warehouse.
• Allocate and deduct inventory (to include: quality inspection of shop ticket paperwork).
• Update and maintain the daily workload schedule.
• Distribute sales orders to shop floor & maintain traceability of paperwork.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to track orders and maintain OTD (on-time-delivery).
• Receive and progress outside processing orders.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures found in the Employee Handbook.
• Assist your manager with any other projects they may assign to you.
