Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking an Operations Clerk in City of Industry, CA to support order processing, fulfillment, shipment release, tracking, and warehouse coordination. The role is full-time, onsite, with weekends as needed, and pays about $22/hour.

The candidate will handle marketplace orders, generate shipping labels, monitor cutoffs, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records. Experience with Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems or order management platforms.
• Familiarity with ChannelAdvisor, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or Wayfair.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process marketplace, email, warehouse, replacement, RMA, and wholesale orders.
• Review and import order reports into the ERP system.
• Generate shipping labels and shipment documents.
• Upload tracking information and monitor marketplace cutoff times.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on order status, releases, labels, tracking, and issues.
• Review inventory availability, warehouse allocation, and shipping requirements.
• Assist with LTL scheduling and documentation.
• Track pending/back orders and resolve shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily checklists.
• Support weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Position Summary

Seeking an Operations Clerk to support customer order processing, fulfillment, shipment release, tracking, marketplace compliance, and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Process marketplace, email, warehouse, replacement, RMA, and wholesale orders.
• Review and import order reports into the ERP system.
• Generate shipping labels and shipment documents.
• Upload tracking information and monitor marketplace cutoff times.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on order status, releases, labels, tracking, and issues.
• Review inventory availability, warehouse allocation, and shipping requirements.
• Assist with LTL scheduling and documentation.
• Track pending/back orders and resolve or escape shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily checklists.
• Support weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year microsoft Excel experience.
• Order entry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-up.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• ERP experience preferred.
• ChannelAdvisor, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Wayfair, or similar platform experience preferred.
