Supplier Service Specialist
Wayfair is seeking collaborative, innovative, and adaptable candidates for a full-time position as a Supplier Service Specialist within our Operations team. Operations Associates will have the opportunity to gain experience in core functional areas at the center of our logistics and supply chain functions and contribute directly to the growth and success of the company. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking to join a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, driving forward the future of retail supply chain operations.

At a high level, the Supplier Service Specialists will work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure that complex or escalated supplier issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
All Boston-based corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week.
