The Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operational functions within the store. This is an early morning position, working with a team to perform tasks prior to store opening.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Maneuver around the store efficiently, assisting customers with questions or requests.
  2. Pricing and Signing: Change ticket prices and signage quickly across the store.
  3. Replenish and Restock: Assist in pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
  4. Receive and Unload Merchandise: Work with team to unload trucks and organize the backroom.
  5. Backroom Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
  6. Omnichannel Contributions: Support initiatives like Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and Online Orders.
  7. Merchandise Strategy: Execute merchandising plans efficiently, maintaining standards to enhance customer experience.
  8. Learning Environment: Absorb new information on merchandise, safety, and business processes.
