Job summary

Valinor is hiring an early-career Ops/Executive Support role to work directly with the founder, organizing priorities, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will build repeatable processes, own trackers, and help scale a fast-paced startup with high growth potential.

The role offers exposure to high-impact projects, with a path toward Chief of Staff. Bachelor's degree required; US work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 0–4 years in operations, admin, internships or campus leadership.
• Strong organization, proactive problem solving, and quick learning.
• Experience coordinating vendors, HR logistics, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support Founder & CEO: manage priorities, prep meetings, track follow-ups.
• Vendor management: coordinate outsourced providers and track costs.
• People operations: assist HR policies, hiring logistics, onboarding/offboarding.
• Events & media: organize team events, investor gatherings, and content help.
• Office management: maintain day-to-day operations and office experience.
• Documents & systems: manage SharePoint structures, Notion data, and playbooks.
• Automation: improve recurring workflows and log AI-assisted decisions.
