Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling in a retail branch. You will help with receiving, stocking, and presenting products to support sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities include efficient receiving, organized restocking, FIFO stock rotation, and collaboration with Merchandising and Inventory teams.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or warehouse operations.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Business proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
Maintain organization and neatness during daily restocking tasks.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct locations.
Communicate with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address operational issues.
Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged/expired products as needed.
Support management initiatives to ensure smooth location operations and align with business goals.
Maintain overall store cleanliness.
