Job Overview

The Operations Associate creates an outstanding customer experience by performing various store operations. This early morning position involves working with a team to prepare the store before opening.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Assist customers promptly and effectively, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
  2. Pricing and Signage: Update ticket prices and signage efficiently across the store.
  3. Replenishment: Restock merchandise to meet customer needs and maintain product availability.
  4. Receiving Merchandise: Unload trucks and organize stock in the backroom.
  5. Backroom Standards: Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
  6. Omnichannel Support: Contribute to initiatives like Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and online order management.
  7. Merchandise Strategy: Execute merchandising plans accurately to enhance customer experience.
  8. Learning and Development: Continuously learn about products, safety, and store processes.
