• Exceptional Client Services Support: ensuring the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise, and expertly managing all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking.
• Store Facility & Systems Maintenance: collaborating with management to assist with the maintenance of the store facility, ensuring the organization of all back-of-house areas, and supporting overall store appearance.
• Financial & Policy Adherence: assisting with budget management, enforcing cash/credit card policies, and ensuring strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
• Client Care & Aftersales Coordination: facilitating the smooth flow of repairs and alterations, providing a superior client experience for services, and maintaining supplies for in-store repairs.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $20-$25 an hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions - *pending hours worked.
