Job summary

Vestwell in Scottsdale is seeking an Associate, Saver Operations to join our Operations Team. This early-career role focuses on processing distributions and loans from retirement plans, ensuring accurate and smooth plan administration for sponsors and participants.

You will handle high-volume, time-sensitive tickets, adhere to procedures and regulatory requirements, and document interactions in Jira and other tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Early-career understanding of retirement plans and related processes (loans, distributions).
• Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Aircall or similar tools.
