This role exists to provide administrative services to participants and beneficiaries receiving reoccurring payments from OneAmerica, specifically pension, annuity, and lump sum payments under various plans.
The role adds value by servicing participants that support the growing PRT business. Additionally, the processing of administrative tasks helps meet service level agreements and divisional goals, supporting OneAmerica's goal of being there when our customers need us most.

This position is hybrid in Indianapolis, IN, with expectations to work in-office as needed for business needs or team collaboration.
