Job summary

The Restaurant Store in Reading, PA is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling, receiving, stocking, and display strategies that assist sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

The role emphasizes efficient receiving, proper stock placement, FIFO rotation, and strong collaboration across departments to ensure smooth branch operations and a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service skills and ability to function well with coworkers
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think critically
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Business Proficiency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
