Qualifications

• 6–10 years of middle/back-office operations experience at a buy-side organization investing in private, highly structured transactions.
• Experience with Advent Geneva and/or Eze Castle is a plus.
• Experience negotiating ISDA terms and agreements.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Structured problem solver who can synthesize information from multiple sources into implementable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team that focuses on deal execution for U.S. private investing activities.
• Pipeline management, transaction settlement, and transaction/position booking and monitoring.
• Exits and restructurings; risk reporting; hedging activities; bank account management.
• Coordinate with counterparties and external partners; ensure cash/credit for new investments.
• Support investor relations with quarterly updates and assist with daily/monthly reporting.
• Participate in special projects across operations and finance.
