Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products within our site and kitchen (if applicable), and collaborating with partner drivers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape retail faster than ever. And it’s a plus if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:
  1. Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
  2. Receive and unpack pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory matches purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Manage inventory, re-shelving canceled orders.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility.
  5. Manage waste and spoilage, adhering to FIFO practices.
  6. Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
  7. Handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently.
  8. Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts.
  9. Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move products.
  10. Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
  11. Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
  12. Walk several flights of stairs as needed.
  13. Prepare quality beverages and food items, following recipes and presentation standards.
  14. Ensure accuracy in food and beverage packaging for delivery.
  15. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  16. Receive, verify, and resolve discrepancies in orders/invoices, considering expiration dates.
  17. Maintain organization and standards in the kitchen, managing resources and waste.
  18. Prepare, package, and stage orders for delivery.
Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required).
  3. Ability to work flexible schedules, including peak shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
  4. Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).
  5. Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
