Job Overview

The Operations Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by performing various operational functions within the store. This is an early morning position, working with a team to complete tasks before the store opens.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Assist customers promptly and effectively, providing excellent service and support.
  2. Pricing and Signage: Update ticket prices and signage efficiently across the store.
  3. Replenishment and Restocking: Ensure merchandise is stocked and available, assisting in pulling and preparing items for sale.
  4. Receiving Merchandise: Unload trucks and organize merchandise in the backroom.
  5. Backroom Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
  6. Omnichannel Support: Contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and other omnichannel initiatives.
  7. Merchandise Strategy: Execute merchandising plans accurately to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  8. Learning and Development: Engage in ongoing training and development on store processes and merchandise.
