Sephora DC-14th Street store is hiring an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising. You will help deliver outstanding client experiences, meet sales goals, and maintain Sephora’s standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in retail or client-focused roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
