Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate in Vancouver, WA to be the backbone of store operations. You will handle inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfilment, and visual merchandising while delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales.

You’ll join a team focused on inclusivity, collaboration, and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires 30–40 hrs/week part-time scheduling and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail or client-focused environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and maintain Sephora standards.
• Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfilment, and visual merchandising tasks.
• Help with promotional setups and event execution to reflect Sephora branding.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving sales goals.
