Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate at our NY Broadway store to support daily operations and inventory management. You will replenish stock, fulfill orders, and assist with promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will deliver exceptional client experiences, support sales goals, and collaborate with a diverse team. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
