Our client, a leading organization in the operations sector, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team. As an Operations Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various departmental functions.

Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: St. Louis, MO (100% On-Site)

Part Time!! 2 days a week ideally Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs

Visa : CPT are Allowed

Hours: 7AM - 3:30PM

Duration:1 month Contract

What's the Job?

  • Utilize scanners to digitize physical documents currently stored in the Archives into the SAP system for long-term electronic storage.
  • Execute tasks in the Packaging cubicle space while collaborating with Team Leads and Supervisors.
  • Adhere to all quality and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Participate in required safety activities such as training sessions, meetings, and documentation.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and audit readiness in the workspace.


What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in an ISO/GMP regulated environment is desirable.
  • Basic math skills, including metrics and conversions.
  • Familiarity with safety rules, GMP, and SOPs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, along with legible handwriting.
