Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Support daily operations and manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure store reflects Sephora’s brand through promotional setups.
• Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and sales.
