Sephora in Oklahoma City is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of store operations, handling inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while supporting visual merchandising and promotional events.

You will deliver outstanding client service, help achieve sales goals, and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling is required to cover peak periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
