Job summary

Sephora in New York at 175 Broadway is seeking an Operations Associate to keep daily store operations running smoothly. You’ll handle inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising, ensuring a friendly, efficient shopping experience for every client.

This part-time role (15–29 hrs/wk) requires 1–2 years in retail or similar settings, strong organization and time management, and excellent communication. You’ll join a team that values inclusion, teamwork, and reliable attendance while meeting

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
