Job summary

Sephora in Bloomfield Township, MI is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory management and visual merchandising, delivering an exceptional client experience. The role is part-time hourly, with 15-29 hrs/week, and requires 1-2 years in retail or customer-focused environments, strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.

You'll contribute to a fast-paced team, lift up to 50 pounds, and help uphold Sephora standards while working flexible nights

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
