Job summary

Sephora Richmond is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory management and visual merchandising while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will help maintain high standards and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

The role is full-time, hourly, with 30–40 hours per week, requiring availability during peak retail times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge
• Ability to support outstanding client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
