Sephora Summerlin (Las Vegas) is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising. You’ll help ensure an exceptional client experience while maintaining Sephora’s brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Part-time position (15–29 hrs/week) with scheduling that includes nights, weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity and reliable attendance, with healthcare benefits and a employee discount.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
