Sephora in Exton, PA is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory, and engaging client experiences. You’ll support daily tasks from stock replenishment to promotional setups, helping the team deliver a beautiful, on-brand shopping environment.

The role requires 1-2 years in retail or hospitality, strong organization, quick learning, and excellent communication.

As an Operations Associate, you’ll be the backbone of the store—ensuring smooth, efficient operations that support an exceptional client experience. From inventory management to visual merchandising, your attention to detail and proactive mindset will help keep everything running beautifully. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

$19.80 - $22.90/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
