Job summary

Sephora is hiring an Operations Associate at our Oakway Center store in Eugene, OR. You will support daily store operations, manage inventory and stock replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand.

You’ll deliver outstanding client experiences and help achieve sales goals while promoting inclusivity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 1–2 years in retail or client-focused settings, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
