Job summary

Sephora Boise is seeking an Operations Associate to keep store operations running smoothly—from inventory management to visual merchandising—and deliver an outstanding client experience. You’ll join a fast-paced team and rely on strong organizational and communication skills to support a welcoming, high-performing retail environment.

Part-time scheduling is available with 30-40 hrs/week options and flexibility to cover peak periods, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
• Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
• Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
