Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the Regional Supervisor, the Operations Associate will be responsible for full-time assistance with the operations of Recycle NOW. Specifically, the Operations Associate will cover properties at night, perform site inspections to ensure collection occurs reliably each night, train team members at night to perform collections, and be on call in the mornings to check on and collect from sites that may have experienced customer opportunities.

Schedule:

Approximately 8pm to 2am, Sunday through Thursday.

Compensation:

$30,000 annual salary, full medical benefits paid by Recycle NOW, transportation and smartphone stipends, retirement matching, and 8 days of PTO.
