Triumph is hiring an Entry Level Operations Associate (Night Shift) to support our fast-growing Rips app, a digital collectible trading card platform. You will help process, organize, and ship Pokémon cards across the country, contributing to user happiness and scalable operations.

You will join a hands-on team handling card sorting, inventory uploads, and continuous improvement to support rapid growth. This role offers the chance to learn internal tools and advance within a dynamic startup.

Qualifications

The Role

As an Entry Level Operations Associate at Triumph (Night Shift), you will play a key role in the operations of our fastest growing app, Rips, a digital collectible trading card app. You’ll be part of our growing operations team that processes, organizes, and ships Pokémon cards and other collectibles across the country to hundreds of thousands of users. You’ll have the chance to experience first‑hand operations at a fast growing startup - from sorting graded cards to uploading inventory into our system. This role is critical to ensuring our users’ happiness and scaling our business as we grow.

We are hiring for a day and a night shift. Please note your schedule preferences in your application as we have some flexibility in regards to scheduling.

What You'll Do

• Pack and ship cards alongside the broader operations team.

• Sort, organize, and scan graded Pokémon cards, ensuring inventory is kept accurate and up-to-date.

• Upload cards into digital inventory using custom-built internal tools.

• Maintain a secure and well‑organized work environment.

• Contribute ideas and improvements that can help the team scale for the future.
