Job summary

Triumph is hiring an Entry Level Operations Associate (Day Shift) to support our fast-growing app, Rips. You will join the operations team responsible for processing, organizing, and shipping Pokémon cards and other collectibles nationwide for hundreds of thousands of users.

You will work on packing, indexing inventory, and uploading cards into digital systems using internal tools. This role supports scalability and user happiness as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an operations, processing, administrative, or other high-performance environment.
• Availability to work a full time 40-hour weekly schedule.
• Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and speed even in stressful situations.
• Scrappy, resourceful, and a strong work ethic.

The Role

As an Entry Level Operations Associate at Triumph (Day Shift), you will play a key role in the operations of our fastest growing app, Rips, a digital collectible trading card app. You'll be part of our growing operations team that processes, organizes, and ships Pokémon cards and other collectibles across the country to hundreds of thousands of users. You'll have the chance to experience first-hand operations at a fast growing startup - from sorting graded cards to uploading inventory into our system. This role is critical to ensuring our users' happiness and scaling our business as we grow.

We are hiring for a day and a night shift. Please note your schedule preferences in your application as we have some flexibility in regards to scheduling.

What You'll Do
