Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with partner drivers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn’t hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory matches purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
• Use carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products
• Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and alcohol
• Work periodically in freezer locations
• Walk several flights of stairs as needed
• Prepare quality beverages and food items following recipes and standards
• Ensure accuracy of packaged food and beverages for delivery
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Receive, put away, and resolve discrepancies in orders/invoices
• Organize kitchen resources and manage waste and spoilage
• Prepare, package, and stage orders for delivery

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including peak hours (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts)
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

Pay:

• $16.95/hr
