Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

As the Associate Manager of Operations, you will play a key role in enabling our supply chain and delivering quality products to our consumers.You will support the day-to-day execution of the business through inventory management, supply planning, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations.You will be responsible for demand planning and maintaining stock levels across our channels.You will work closely with Digital, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to forecast our product needs and will work with our partners to ensure accurate and timely manufacturing, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and is NYC based.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build accurate monthly forecasts in partnership with Digital, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams
• Review historical sales trends, research and document demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy. Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Create and validate weekly Orders to maintain/build product supply to sales channels. Allocate and forecast product launches by channel.
• Monitor the performance of new launches and animations versus the forecast.
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely execution of B2B and DTC orders
• Manage kitting with Distribution Center to ensure visibility of capacity and resource planning.
• Ensure accurate inventory on hand and reporting by conducting rolling cycle counts
• Provide analysis to Leadership Team to improve decision making and business performance.

QUALIFIYING EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

• Previous experience as a Demand and/or Supply Planner in a CPG industry
• Strong analytical mind with exceptional Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Planning experience with Retailers and Beauty is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration. Ability to interface with a wide range of individualsand develop strong relationships internally and externally
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Quickly identify and work through obstacles
• Conceptual thinking – can integrate various sources of information into one coherent idea
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
• Superior execution abilities, deliver what needs to be done to meet objectives, prioritizes and plans work actions, establishes and meets goals and objectiveswith excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical and organizational skills
• Based in NYC

The expected base salary range for this position is $75K to $85K. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget.
