The Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The role is early morning and involves working with a team to perform tasks before store opening.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, assist customers with questions or requests, providing excellent service.
  2. Pricing and Signage: Change ticket prices and signage efficiently across the store.
  3. Replenish and Restock: Assist in pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
  4. Receive and Unload Merchandise: Work with team to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
  5. Backroom Standards: Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
  6. Omnichannel Support: Contribute to efforts like Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and Online Orders.
  7. Merchandise Strategy: Execute merchandising plans efficiently, maintaining standards to enhance customer experience.
  8. Learning and Development: Absorb new information from peers and training materials on various business processes.
