Job summary

DraftKings, based in Boston, is seeking an Operations Associate for our Massachusetts fulfillment operations. You will manage and process customer lottery orders and redemptions with accuracy from start to finish, and keep real-time statuses updated across our systems.

You’ll help streamline workflows to meet daily goals, maintain printing and scanning equipment, and support various operational projects as they arise. The US hourly rate is $19.00 with benefits where applicable.

The following full-time shifts are currently available. Shift availability is subject to change based on business needs and hiring activity.

• 3:00 p.m- 11:00 p.m | Sunday and Monday off
• 3:00 p.m- 11:00 p.m | Monday and Tuesday off
• 3:00 p.m- 11:00 p.m | Wednesday and Thursday off

What you’ll do as an Operations Associate

• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• Keep our systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.
• Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines.
• Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
• Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team’s overall success.

What you’ll bring

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving fulfillment setting.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $19.00, plus benefits as applicable.
