You’ll manage every aspect of the customer lottery ticket order experience, ensuring accuracy and efficiency with each order and redemption. What you’ll do as an Operations Associate

What you’ll bring

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.

The US hourly rate for this part‑time position is $16.00, plus benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
