You'll manage every aspect of the customer lottery ticket order experience, ensuring accuracy and efficiency with each order and redemption. Your role will shape the future of this rapidly growing industry as you keep systems running seamlessly to positively impact the team's success while enhancing the lottery experience for our customers.

What you'll do as an Operations Associate

• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $19.00, plus benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
