PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for its Treasury Management Health Care Operations Group, with remote work options within the Cleveland, Ohio area. The role focuses on accurate healthcare payment processing, data entry, and ensuring compliance in a high-volume environment.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and risk awareness, with opportunities for overtime. Initial hours are 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

As an Operations Associate within PNC's Treasury Management Health Care Operations Group, you will be based remotely within the Cleveland, Ohio area. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm with some opportunities for overtime. This role is primarily an entry-level to early-career banking operations position that supports healthcare-related payment processing and treasury management services for hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare clients. The focus of this role is data entry and processing healthcare payment transactions accurately and on time. Reviewing and reconciling financial transactions according to established procedures. Validating documentation and ensuring transactions meet service-level standards and compliance requirements. Routing requests, documents, and customer inquiries to the appropriate internal teams. Identifying processing errors and supporting workflow improvements. Maintaining a strong focus on risk management, accuracy, and customer service. Desired candidate experience: -Experience working with a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment with strict deadlines focused on repetitive tasks. -Heavy emphasis on attention to detail and operational accuracy. -Data entry and transaction processing skills. -Customer service orientation. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. -Problem-solving and risk awareness. Prior experience in these areas is desired: Banking operations, lockbox processing, payment processing, medical billing/payment posting, accounts receivable/payable, treasury operations, healthcare revenue cycle support and back-office financial services operations.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.# **Job Description*** Executes routine transactions/processes utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for a specialized product or functional area.* Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions.* Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.* Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
