Job summary

Sephora Rochester Hills is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while upholding Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups.

You will help deliver outstanding client experiences, collaborate with the team, and stay flexible for peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
