Job summary

Sephora VA-Short Pump is seeking an Operations Associate to keep daily store operations running smoothly. You’ll handle inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while delivering exceptional client experiences.

This full-time, hourly role requires 1-2 years retail or service experience, strong organization, and teamwork. You’ll work nights, weekends and holidays as needed to support peak trading periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
