Job summary

Sephora Lake Nona West store in Orlando is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure smooth operations from inventory to visual merchandising. You will support daily processes, maintain standards, and contribute to a superior client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1-2 years in retail or similar settings, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible full/part-time hours are available to cover peak times.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
