Job summary

Sephora in Boca Raton is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of the store—managing inventory, merchandising, and daily operations to support an exceptional client experience. You’ll ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for customers.

You will handle stock replenishment, assist with visual displays, and deliver friendly service while upholding Sephora standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
