Sephora in Kennesaw is hiring an Operations Associate for hourly, flexible hours. You’ll support daily operations, manage inventory, and help with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand.

You’ll also deliver exceptional client service and contribute to a welcoming store environment. The role requires 1–2 years in retail or a client-focused setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
