Sephora Littleton is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising, ensuring a smooth, client-focused experience.

You’ll collaborate with a team to uphold Sephora standards, deliver outstanding service, and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment. The position is hourly with flex scheduling and requires 1–2 years in retail or a client-focused role, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards


• Assist with visual merchandisingEnsure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution


• Deliver exceptional serviceSupport the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals


• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered


• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
